Introduction to Mantra Meditation

At this class, we will introduce 3 mantra meditation techniques as well as discuss the philosophy behind the practice. This will provide participants with an understanding of why mantra meditation is of value, as well as give a framework from which a personal practice can be developed.

Kirtan is a meditation practice that is fun for everyone. Come allow your entire being to be embraced by the spiritual yoga mantras, accompanied by live acoustic music. We will also be sharing a delicious vegan meal as part of the evening.
